Chiyoda Sushi Attracts Customers with High Bright Display

Chiyoda Sushi aims to become the strongest and largest sushi chain store with the desire to “popularize sushi” by delivering fresh and delicious authentic Edomae sushi to as many customers as possible at an affordable price.

Edomae sushi is a local dish of Edo (former name of Tokyo), mainly nigiri sushi, and is made by professional sushi chefs at sushi restaurants using abundant and fresh seafood.

Chiyoda Sushi is building a unique system from purchasing fishes & foodstuffs to distribution and cooking and sales of sushi dishes. They have more than 180 restaurants in the form of “take-out sushi restaurants,” “conveyor belt sushi restaurants,” and “stand-up sushi bar restaurants” to meet diverse demand, mainly in the Tokyo metropolitan area.

DynaScan‘s 32-inch ultra-bright display is installed in the storefront and helps to promote sales such as dishes advertisements, special sale information, and fresh news items delivered daily from the headquarters.

The display’s high brightness of 2500 nits ensures high visibility even in a bright daytime environment, and the TrueColor™ function that faithfully reproduces the primary colors provides customers with fresh sushi images.
